UNEXPECTED MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS

Our purpose is to create unexpected moments of happiness (UMoHs) within our community. We’re known best for doing this with a unique and delicious pop! But, really an UMoH is any delightful surprises that makes you smile in that good kinda feelin’ way. Our goal is to create 5,000 UMoHs by 2021. Help us keep track of such gleeful moments by submitting UMoH’s as you experience them, and watch our Happy Counter climb.

The most unexpectedly delicious tomatoes of all time!

My wife and I have always loved the pops, but we tried some yellow cherry tomatoes and lettuce from king of crops for the first time this week. When we got home and made the salad, we were blown away by the amount of flavor the tomatoes brought. Needless to say, we will never buy a tomato from the grocery store again!

I was slinging at the CMA festival, and gave Razz-Lime pops to a mother and her son who were working

Later on, I check on the son, who had taken a break to enjoy the juicy, refreshing pop. He flashed me a thumbs up, and I gave him a huge smile back

I’ve been on the Charleston KOP team for 3 years and I’m also their biggest fan and supporter (you can ask all my friends abroad) I am slowly creating a world wide following in my opinion. I’m an English teacher and my students loved the presentations I gave about my life back home and about selling pops! They wanted to try some!

Hearing about the King of Pops story today at Turner + Chocolate Sea Salt KOP = Happiness!

My two girls finally got to try my favorite flavor – Banana pudding – they are in love too 🙂

Having a case of the Mondays, but went to the King of Pops Story talk at work. I came out refreshed and ready to tackle the week. Very inspiring.

Cookie and Cream Make You Matter

Happy Day with KOP !!

when Alice gave me her free Shaky Knees ticket so we could get jiggy to LCD Soundsystem!!

Enjoying our King of Pops @ the Northside Harvest Park in South Carolina and home of Dellfrio.

My husband and I are obsessed with King of Pops so we took your pops to Indianapolis for the Indy 500!

We shared them with our out of state friends. Our first experience with TSA and dry ice was a success and you now have fans in Indy!

I have been following your business & knew that trying King of Pops was a non-negotiable for my visit to Atlanta. I attended training at the Ron Clark Academy and my eyes lit up as I exited the school and saw two KOP carts! I then saw a cart at the park and got excited all over again. Thank you for those experiences.

Emory Graduation – Celebrating with a King of Pops

Nice day on the Beltine! First a pop, then a walk : )

This Cookie Monster is Happy!

Just came back from my company’s Energy Share celebration. King of Pops was there….I got the Cookie and Cream pop….I AM AMAZED!! I’ll be back to visit the actual shop this weekend!! See you soon!!!

While slinging at a concert confetti was shot into the air and landed all around my cart.

I started picking it up and tying it on my umbrella. Someone nearby saw and started to help me tie more confetti up in my umbrella, soon enough I had 3 guys all tying confetti up in my umbrella. Afterwards they all danced around my cart during the concert.

I lost my favorite pink gloves a month ago & my friend/coworker, Rachel surprised me with a new pair

SO UNEXPECTED!! IM SO HAPPY <3

Someone dropped off a bag of apples (for the horses) and some coupons for a couple free pops (for the mounted police) at the horse stables in Grant Park — cute surprise. Thank you!

Met a slinger who was bopping to some music on a May Thurs. in Atlanta on her way in to KoP HQ. Later, I saw her and mentioned it. She was so kind to take a moment from her work and share with me the name of the song & band. I was feeling very frustrated with people, and the groovy new music uplifted my perspective!

Our employer provided these delicious snacks this afternoon. That was tasty! And if this is provided by my employer, the instructions on the stick might be interpreted as a job requirement. I’m no lawyer, but I should go outside just to be safe.

Someone dropped their pop and a customer behind them bought them a new one!

I brought pops to the office. They LOVED it. Best part was that I got to fulfill my life-long dream of slinging pops. Only sad part was that no one gave me a tip!?

Pops – Pay it forward.

One day I went to buy a pop to find that a gentleman in the line ahead of me had paid for the following 15 people in line. A few people contributed to keep the free pops going for more people waiting in line. It was adorable!

My favorite resturant happens to be a pie shop – so sweets – but that didn’t stop my sister from having a signature Chocolate Sea Salt as pregame. She’d never had a KOP pop before, and just couldn’t resist. & I served it to her! Even if the entire day was planned, it still brought a smile to my face & months later, still make me happy. 🙂

Love you guys!
Manu

rain did not deter. these tender-hearted children took a cue from the King of Pops and used their umbrellas to keep their Wall-E dry until the storm cleared and the parade began. they inspired so much happiness around them that others stopped complaining about the rain, too, and took pictures. it was really like the ripples of raindrops — spreading all that good energy.

quench our thirst on Atlanta’s hot summer nights.

when you realize that a child is learning to read by the chalk written on the King of Pops’ chalkboard. And then you realize,… “ohmygosh! people learn to read by whatever messages our culture puts out there.” Here a young French-English boy was learning that pops can be made with real locally-grown strawberries and also with basil! wow.

because King of Pops was going there?? I wouldn’t have gone, but it became one of my best memories of something “different” happening in Atlanta on a Saturday. Proof that wherever the Rainbow Umbrella is going that that’s a great key indicator that cool & “revolutionary” (puns intended) things are bound to happen in the vicinity of pops!

“there’s magic here!” The bike racks are fun & convenient. The picnic tables off the BeltLine provide the perfect throwback to 1970s Atlanta — when plenty of trees, wisping shade, and old buildings were still the thing. Thanks for keeping us cool;being a central part of the Atlanta experience, KoP! You ALWAYS color my day with greatness.

“I can’t believe it has already been another year! So excited for pop season!” – Seal

King of Pops came and surprised one of their biggest fans, Lauren Nelson and the rest of her 4th grade classmates. They talked about starting a business, farming, and all of the fun flavors they have made. It was a ton of fun and the kids loved it!

Wow wow wow! King of Pops website looking good! Look at this site! Look at this happy moment!
