KING OF POPS YOGA
We’ve always maintained that we’re more than just a dessert company, and King of Pops Yoga exemplifies just one of the ways we bring Unexpected Moments of Happiness to the Southeast.
King of Pops Yoga (Sometimes called KOP Yoga) is a surprise passion of ours we stumbled into that, in hindsight, perfectly aligns with our ethos.
We keep it simple and find ways to offer Free Pop-up Yoga classes around town—nothing extravagant, but undeniably special. Our pops and company passions embody everything needed for this summer series to underline our unique thoughts on healthy living.
We’ve got all-natural local products, we love a good sweat and refreshing post-workout treat, and we are (sometimes feverishly) dedicated to community and spotlighting local heroes. Why Yoga? Because the recipe is just all here.
Join us for a Free Yoga class this Summer, and perhaps enjoy a sweet treat on us too.

Meet the team
Samson Frederick: Atlanta
Samson creates #UMoH's by keeping things light, authentic, and sometimes ...a little cheesy. 🥴
Samson has over a decade of teaching yoga under his belt, and loves it even more every year. Though yoga is a solo discipline, he loves the community the practice creates, and enjoys finding ways to weave yoga philosophy into physical sequences in a relatable way.
Kat Harvin: Atlanta
Kat creates #UMoHs by encouraging laughter and inspiring connection.
Kat's teaching journey began 8 years ago and after being hired at King of Pops in 2021, she was excited to help bring KoP Yoga back after the long pause due to the pandemic. Her teaching style focuses on practicing with authenticity and opportunities for empowerment and acceptance, while always leaving room for play and laughter.
Malik Khalid: Atlanta
Creates #UMoH's around ATL by making a point to say hello to familiar faces, and creating new friends a long the way.
Bio: Malik is an Atlanta native and founder of AMADOR a community yoga program helping restore Downtown Atlanta through mindful programming.
